District Music Program

Washington Open offers District instrumental music classes beginning in 3rd grade. This program is led by Nick Bianchini.

3rd graders start with recorders. In 4th & 5th grade, students can choose which instrument they would like to learn.

There are orchestra and band performances towards the end of each year.

CHORUS

The after-school chorus program is directed by our music director, Maureen Driggs.  The classes are available for 2nd thru 5th grades. 

Students have the opportunity to participate in different performance opportunities.

OPEN SING

Every Wednesday morning grades K-3rd come together for sing-alongs as a whole community. 4th & 5th graders join in 1-2 times a month.
