November 2021

Good news! We are partnering with the Santa Clara County Public Health Department to bring a vaccine clinic to Santa Clara Unified School District. Our vaccine clinic will be held at Wilson High School in the main gym (1840 Benton Street, Santa Clara) on November 23 from 12-7 p.m. — no appointment needed. During your visit, you will also receive date and time information for a clinic held at the same location in early December to receive the second dose of the vaccine.

The COVID-19 vaccine is the best protection against COVID-19. When your child is fully vaccinated against COVID-19, it protects your child, your family, your friends, our school, and the whole community. The vaccine clinic will offer shots FREE to all students ages 5 and older and their family members.

Getting vaccinated at this clinic at the school is optional, but we hope you take advantage of this convenient service. Parents or guardians must give their consent for a child to get the vaccine. If you give permission, your child can be vaccinated even if you cannot be there, just fill out the forms ahead of time using the links below. You will receive a call on the telephone if there are any questions during vaccination.

All students and their families are welcome regardless of immigration status. You do not need health insurance. Nurses will be available to answer your questions. There will be staff available who can speak to you in your preferred language.
